Stephan was a very pleasant individual with whom we were able to converse and enjoy. It was a very intimate experience and we truly enjoyed our evening. He was well prepared and efficient and the meal was well presented and tasteful.
This was the first time we have had a chef into the home to prepare dinner. We did not know what to expect. The food was excellent and Michael made the event very comfortable. We enjoyed meeting Michael and it was like having an old friend come back into the house after a long absence. It was that comfortable. Many thanks to Chef Alliance but a big applause for Michael.
Dhalia was a lot of fun. We really had a good time. Food was delicious and very simple so we can repeat the same receipie ourself. Thank you for a wonderfull evening

Giving me the opportunity to enjoy my evening totally, without any preoccupation. Stephan was fun to be with, relaxed and on time for every course.
We loved most of the menu, but realized that the hors d'oeuvres were too heavy for the rest of the meal. This was nobody's fault. Now we know.
As for the taste, even though the food was good, to our palate, it lacked some flavour, spices or condiments. Next time we will insist more on that point.
The presentation of the plates was A-1.
It was near perfect!
