Steph Schuler was our chef that evening and we have nothing but KUDOS for him. Everything went well - the food was great, presentation a delight and he was professional in all aspects. We would recommend him to our friends and would delight in having him for our chef another time.
Initially had a bit of of concern as I did not hear back from the chef in the suggested time. Once I found out that she had been sick put my mind at ease. She contacted me and sent over a sample menu. Menu suggestions all looked great. Alaini arrived on time as was very professional. The food was excellent. We liked that she described each course as it was served. My guests were also very impressed. I also loved the fact that my kitchen was spotless when she finished.
Thank you for following up on our experience it was incredible! Jonathan surpassed all expectations; we enjoyed meeting him and the pleasure of experiencing his culinary expertise. It was an amazing evening!

Lyle was very personable. We enjoyed watching him prepare our dinner which was very entertaining. The food tasted great and he did not seem uptight or nervous about being in our home.
